How
- First: the university students will participate in a Preparatory course in Santander (Spain), where teams will be formed: Feb 19 to Feb 23
- Then: One team of 3-4 participants will collaborate with you on a challenge solving experience: Feb 26 to Mar 23

- Solve an actual challenge of your cooperative: A multicultural, multiskilled team formed in entrepreneurship and co-ops will help you

*Accommodation and travel grant of participating students will be covered by ECOOPE
What is required from your cooperative
- Define the challenge you need the students to work on (real and achievable)
- Assign one person in your cooperative who speaks English to be the mentor to the team of participants for at least 4 hours/week
- Provide a room within your facilities with internet access
